Payment of international orders

You have two payment options: 

  1. Online by card 

At checkout please select Netopia Payments. Netopia Payments is the leading card processor in Romania. Your data is safe with them; Gălbenuș does not store or see in any way your card data. 

Accepted Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.

  1. Bank transfer

Payment should be done in advance into our account. You can choose to pay to our EUR or RON account.

TAX & DUTIES for deliveries outside European Union

Gălbenuș is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Gălbenuș has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will allow you to know what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

We are happy to refund any item within 14 days from date of arrival under the condition that the item is returned in its original perfect condition and all labels are attached. 

Some items such as detergents, soaps, underwear, socks and stockings are not returnable items. However, you can return socks or stockings as long as all labels and seals are intact and the product  has not been tried on.  

How to complete a return: 

Send an email to with the order number and details about the items you want to return.

Shipping of the return:

The return postage is paid by you, the customer.

There are 2 shipping options for your return:

  1. Shipping can be handled by you, with a carrier of your choice. Return items must be sent to the following address:

  1. We can send a GLS courier to pick up your return. The price is the same as shipping via GLS, as shown in the table above. 


Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund will be fulfilled according to the payment method chosen for your order.

  1. Credit card: the refund will be processed on the same credit card and the amount will be available in your account according to the contract you have with your bank. 
  2. Bank transfer: we will also process a bank transfer. We will need your bank account details in order to fulfill the transfer (IBAN, owner name, swift code and possibly address).
  3. Gift card: we will refund the amount on the gift card.

Exchanges are not possible. You will need to return  the item and go through the return procedure and place a new order for the product you need.
